Lisa came in partway through our trip planning and I am so glad we asked for her help. She had great suggestions and shared details from her visit to Greece.....recommending tourist spots and shopping! Lisa booked all of our flights and when one was changed and she wasn't happy with the layover time, so she found us a better one. She even booked a car to meet us after our long day of travel which was so appreciated. Our accommodations were amazing....the hotel on Naxos was stunning and the area she recommended we stay in Athens fit our needs perfectly. Communication throughout the planning process was timely and detailed whether it was an email or a phone call. Lisa kept us up to date on any changes and things we needed to be aware of like the new entry process in Europe. She even checked in with us partway through our travels to see how things were going. I will be using Lisa for my next trip for sure!!! Thank you for helping us with our dream vacation to Greece. Where to next????

Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made our trip a fabulous experience. Lisa was always available for inquiries no matter how trivial giving us peace of mind. Highly recommend booking through Lisa.

2 weeks in Mexico at Barcelo Maya Palace was terrific!

I tasked Lisa to find options for myself, my father and my son - 52, 79 and 19 to travel together on a guided tour

Lisa booked our first Azamara Cruise for us and provided good advice in selecting hotels close to the action instead of booking further out of town to save a few dollars. Great advice, that made of visit to Barcelona very special. She also assisted us in organizing a stop in Winchester, England on the way home. This involved a bit of a road trip and she gave the best advice…book a private driver and forget about navigating buses or trains with heavy luggage. She helped us pick a nice hotel right next to Winchester Cathedral.

After years of dreaming of a trip like this, we finally did it! We visited 5 countries in 3 weeks ( including a cruise!) . Lisa was very attentive to what we liked and helped us plan the most seamless and memorable vacation. She walked us through all the planning , found us a great deal on a cruise , and even checked in on us while we were away. A dream come true! We are already planning our next adventure!

Lisa was so helpful in organizing our cruise and tour. It fit in perfectly with our plans and the cabin and cruise was beyond our expectations. We appreciate her professionalism and experience in choosing the location of our cabin with a balcony. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

From start to finish, Lisa listened to and attended all our wants and wishes for this long anticipated 20th anniversary trip. I had a long list of what I wanted and Lisa shared many options looking to provide the luxury experience we hoped for. She responded quickly before, during and after our trip. Her first hand travelling knowledge and personal experience adds next level customer service. We can't wait to plan our next trip with her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to friends and family. Thank you, Lisa, for all the care you put into making our anniversary trip a reality!

The food could be fresher, many times was dried up or discoloured from sitting there too long. Examples, dry and hard chicken, crunchy pancakes and green eggs. Everything else was top notch. This is the second time we have been here and the hot food on the buffet was the same, could be improved.

Thanks to Lisa, we got to experience a trip that very few people have ever taken before. She was diligent in pursuing a sold out cruise, and jumped when a cancellation occurred from someone else. The result? We saw the unexplored Colombia -- the colours, the warmth, the culture, and the food! We felt very good leading up to the trip, and have come home rested and relaxed. Thanks!

Huge shout out to Lisa! With short notice Lisa was able to plan a trip of a lifetime for me. Lisa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions. When something wasn’t available or sold out Lisa worked hard to find a suitable replacement. Lisa’s knowledge and expertise made planning my trip stress-free! I can’t wait to work with Lisa again. Thank you so much!

We booked our vacation with Lisa last year so we decided to utilize her expertise again this year. Lisa listened to what was important for us and with that knowledge and her experience in the business, she was able to quickly put together a vacation package perfectly tailored to what we were looking for. Lisa communicated throughout the process and when there was an uptick in violent incidents in the area we were visiting in Mexico, she provided information she was receiving from people who were actually there. Doing this set our mind at ease knowing we could take advantage of the recommended travel insurance or to go knowing we would be alright. Lisa once again proved she is an excellent travel agent. The trip was excellent from start to finish with a hotel that was just the right amount of relaxation we needed. We know that working with Lisa will be easy and we will be taken care of every step of the way. We appreciate Lisa's kindness, timely communication and we recommend her to anyone wanting to plan a great vacation! Thanks Lisa!

Lisa was great to work with for our recent trip to Mexico. With last minute concerns Lisa was quick to respond and get us all the appropriate information we needed before we left and was available via email throughout our trip when needed.

Working with Lisa for our Costa Rica trip was a game-changer. What started as a simple request for an all-inclusive stay turned into a complex puzzle of flights, local rentals, and driving logistics. Lisa handled our changing minds with total patience and professionalism. She went above and beyond by finding us a rental car deal that saved us money, proving she has access to better resources than the average traveler. She really listened to what we wanted and respected our budget. We’ve already recommended her to our inner circle and can't wait to work with her again!

My girlfriend, 3 friends, and I took a trip to Cabo for a week this January. It was amazing and Lisa did a great job setting everything up, making it so easy for us to get up and go!

From the very beginning, Lisa was absolutely fantastic and made the entire process incredibly easy for us. It was our group’s first time traveling out of the country without our parents, so we were understandably nervous. Lisa immediately put us at ease; she helped us with travel insurance, shared helpful tips, and clearly explained exactly what we needed to do and when. Overall, it was a truly great experience working with her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip! Thanks so much Lisa!

Lisa helped create the perfect family trip from start to finish. I like to do my own research and every idea I came up with or suggestion she was right there willing to accommodate changes, answer questions and be willing to work outside the typical package deal trip box. She also was always quick to respond to emails. The result was the perfect trip for our family. I felt supported and taken care of through the whole process.

This trip was great, my husband and I had an amazing time and Lisa made the booking experience so easy and seamless. She found us several options in the category and price range we were after, giving us descriptions and highlights of each to help us make the best choice for our trip and then she took care of everything else. She checked in with us before the trip and made sure we had everything we needed, and even sent us a welcome back message upon our return! Working with Lisa was a great experience and we would definitely work with her again!

Lisa was great in booking our trip. She took care of everything, we gave her the destination and hotel options and she did the rest. We had a private shuttle pick us up from the airport and straight to the hotel. The Hotel was great, clean the food was fantastic and our experience was one we will remember for a long time. The shuttle picked us up on our departure day and took us to the airport. We didnt have to hassle with online websites that reroute you to other websites. Lisa made the process of booking extremely painless and stress free. I would definitely recommend Lisa for booking your next trip. Thanks Lisa!

Lisa was referred to us for a family trip to Italy. Our schedules were complex - having some of us on one travel schedule, and others on another. Lisa was patient, flexible, responsive and professional throughout. She was also very well organized - she sent us a collation of documents the day before our trip so we had everything we needed in one place, and she was very responsive to (many) requests and questions. I'd highly recommend working with Lisa!
