The food could be fresher, many times was dried up or discoloured from sitting there too long. Examples, dry and hard chicken, crunchy pancakes and green eggs. Everything else was top notch. This is the second time we have been here and the hot food on the buffet was the same, could be improved.

Thanks to Lisa, we got to experience a trip that very few people have ever taken before. She was diligent in pursuing a sold out cruise, and jumped when a cancellation occurred from someone else. The result? We saw the unexplored Colombia -- the colours, the warmth, the culture, and the food! We felt very good leading up to the trip, and have come home rested and relaxed. Thanks!

Huge shout out to Lisa! With short notice Lisa was able to plan a trip of a lifetime for me. Lisa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions. We booked our vacation with Lisa last year so we decided to utilize her expertise again this year.
