We booked our vacation with Lisa last year so we decided to utilize her expertise again this year. Lisa listened to what was important for us and with that knowledge and her experience in the business, she was able to quickly put together a vacation package perfectly tailored to what we were looking for. Lisa communicated throughout the process and when there was an uptick in violent incidents in the area we were visiting in Mexico, she provided information she was receiving from people who were actually there. Doing this set our mind at ease knowing we could take advantage of the recommended travel insurance or to go knowing we would be alright. Lisa once again proved she is an excellent travel agent. The trip was excellent from start to finish with a hotel that was just the right amount of relaxation we needed.
