Danielle is amazing! She is very detailed and thinks of everything to make your trip enjoyable!

Danielle was extremely helpful and responsive in all areas of our trip! Even when we got there and we had some questions she was right on it and able to answer them for us! I most certainly couldn’t have done it without her!

We decided to take a family cruise this year instead of our usual beach vacation. Our neighbor recommended Danielle, who also happens to live down the street from us, so we were able to meet with her in person initially. After that everything was handled remotely by email, text, or call. She listened to everything we wanted out of cruise, did all the research and shared with us, then booked everything. She kept us informed of everything leading up to our cruise, including any changes to the ship's itinerary. One of the ports we initially were supposed to go to was canceled so our excursion had to be canceled as well; Danielle handled all of that. Anytime I had a question, she responded quickly. I enjoyed the periodic reminders leading up to our cruise (making sure we have passports, cell phones would work internationally, etc) and even the 'Welcome Home' email when we returned. I'd recommend Danielle to anyone planning travel!

After initially contacting Danielle, she responded within one hour with all of our options to start off our trip. During the course of the trip planning, she continued to respond almost immediately to all issues. She continued providing all of the thorough information we needed, including answering all of our questions, to plan our trip efficiently. She made it clear that she would be available to answer any questions we had during our trip. We found her to be extremely pleasant, professional, efficient and courteous. Our experience with Danielle went above and beyond all of our expectations and we have, and would recommend Danielle to everyone we know that is interested in planning a trip.

Danielle was attentive and thorough in planning our trip. She gave us lots of great suggestions and was available to talk to when we had questions. She also kept us informed on the latest info regarding Disney World Lightning Lanes and other news about the parks. She was exceptional and we will be using her again as our travel agent.
