Barcelona: Food, City, Sea, and Gaudí

We reached out to 58 Stars with short notice on this trip and Caroline did a fantastic job, she hit all the marks with the sites and tour guides. Our trip was just a short four days, and they were beautifully balanced with experiences as well as some free time to explore and indulge in the city.

Caroline helped plan our AmaWaterways cruise and the whole experience was fantastic. She clearly knows these cruises inside and out and was able to get bookings secured for both us and our friends right away. This was a pretty last minute trip and our preferred sailing was almost sold out, so we were really grateful for how quickly she handled everything. She was incredibly professional throughout the process and made everything easy and stress free. It was such a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable and responsive. We loved every single bit of our trip! We rated our trip a 10 out of 10. The room you had selected for us is truly the best in the entire place.  I counted the steps from my room to my chair and it was 15 steps!  Everything was exactly what we wanted; the food, service, entertainment, and beach were all excellent. This was our second time working with Caroline and our trip to San Miguel de Allende was amazing. Caroline and her team did a great job organizing our wonderful experience. Some highlights include our walking food tour, which was great! The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Our Cooking class with Chef Ruben from Sazon was FANTASTIC! This was the best cooking class I've had when traveling abroad. Overall the details and communication were great! Details were communicated well in advance and were clear. Not only that, but the local contacts that Caroline provided were quick to respond.

Using Caroline as our travel agent greatly helped alleviate the stress with travel. It was nice using the app to organize all the travel and tickets. We would definitely use Caroline on our next trip to Europe!

I've thought hard about what I would have changed because I really thought about how we spent our money. Honestly, there isn't one thing I would change about how you planned our time and all the things we did. We found every tour to be valuable. In fact, I told my husband that I'm not sure we could have gotten through Vatican City on our own. It's made me appreciate the value of guided tours in a new way. Our guide at the Colosseum was wonderful and the other family left early so we got mostly a private tour. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to realize that you booked the climb at the tower of Pisa, because I didn't notice but I appreciate you took care of that detail. I would have been disappointed if we'd missed that part. The hotels you chose were all perfect for us. Overall, there is not one thing I would have changed, as it all worked for us. If the world were perfect, it would have been nice to have one more night in Venice, but I wouldn't have wanted to change what we did to make it happen. There really are no sufficient words to express my gratitude to you for how you helped us with this. I'm so, so thankful that I happened to stumble across you and your expertise and I realize how much of a blessing that is to me. I was pretty desperate and overwhelmed when I reached out. And I credit you with saving this significant vacation and making it what it was. I'm going to hang on to your contact for both referrals and future assistance. There is still lots of Europe to see!

Hello! I've always wanted to go to Italy and see Pompeii. And my gosh, it was amazing. Not only was Pompeii everything I thought it would be, but all of Italy was wonderful. I enjoyed the tours (especially the one who had the guide named Alessandro), and I learned A lot more than what I would have without them. The destinations were beautiful, and the experiences there were fun. Thank you for planning such a great trip!

Our recent trip to Paris for Spring Break was absolutely fantastic! Both of my teenage kids described it as the trip of a lifetime. We had so many incredible moments, including our visit to Versailles with our amazing tour guide, Magnus, and the interactive cooking class with Francoise. The Louvre was breathtaking, and our pre-planned dinners each night after a full day of exploring were perfect. Hotel Regina was excellent and ideally located. Once we decided on our destination, I started looking at different resort options. I decided on Sandals as they had a number of different resorts in Jamaica. I did not feel comfortable planning a trip for 8 people, and found Caroline Nolan online as a Sandals travel agent. She truly made the whole process so easy! Anytime I had a question or concern, including the day before we left, she was extremely prompt in helping to get an answer and alleviate our concerns. Our stay at the Sandals Royal Caribbean was very enjoyable. Our rooms were very nice, even though we were tucked in the back of the resort. It was actually really nice to get away from the activity in the main part of the resort. We overlooked a pool/hot tub/bar area. Very quiet and enjoyable. Our vacation was so amazing. Caroline truly did a wonderful job. It was so nice knowing that she had taken care of all the details. Additionally, when we needed support during the trip, she was available to help us pivot - for example, one of our scheduled trains was impacted by a strike. She notified us the day before and we were able to get a different train. Had we not had that advanced notice, we would have been delayed considerably. I can't imagine planning a trip in the future without her help.

I had randomly found Caroline online when I was trying to decide where to go for my big 60th B day! I knew I wanted to be in the nice warm weather on a beautiful beach. She was the best. Decided to go to Margaritaville Resort in the Bahamas. I had never been to the Bahamas before. Caroline got me hooked up with the greatest ocean view spacious room and made sure the resort knew I was there for my big 60th bday ! I decided I want to arrange my transportation from the airport to the resort before I got there. I was getting there early in the morning so I was hoping there was a market near the resort to pick up some goodies and stuff for my room as I reserved a studio. So I reached out to Caroline to arrange for my transportation.. and I wouldn't of even thought of - Caroline asked me if I wanted to have my driver stop at a supermarket on the way to the resort. That was the best idea ever I was traveling by myself at the beginning of my trip so that was super helpful!

Caroline was extremely responsive and helped craft a great, weeklong Hawaiian vacation that was within budget for my family.
