Jen was so wonderful to work with! She was able to help us change our flights just in the nick of time. Not only were we able to get a direct flight, but it was a little cheaper than originally planned! I appreciated her keeping in close contact as we had some concerns before the trip. It definitely gave us a peace of mind knowing that we could call her if needed during the trip. I can’t wait to have her help us plan another trip in the near future!

Jennifer has planned a Disney Cruise for us with two of our kids families and now two separate trips to Disney World with two of our kids families and all three trips have been planned out to the last detail and everything was top notch, carried out as planned and met our high expectations.
