Cruise Specialist

We planned our Dream Trip to Alaska with 4 other couples almost a year and a half in advance. We were all arriving from different states and we chose to get our cruise and land package through Avoya and Juli was our agent. The cruise and land and time with special friends exceeded my expectations! The problem was that we had so many challenges with the cruise line before even getting on the ship and Juli was there helping us and figuring out things every step of the way. First our flights got cancelled that we booked through the cruise line 3 months before the trip and we wouldn’t have known it if Juli hadn’t told us. To rebook already expensive tickets would have cost us double. Juli spent hours on the phone and we got the same original flights at the original price. We had problems up to 2 days before the trip but Juli was helping us every step of the way. Each couple, using different travel companies had trouble with this line prior to getting on the ship but our Super Power was Juli. An onboard credit was added by Juli to start things off special. It was the Bucket List Trip we dreamed of because of Juli’s help and persistence. Upon returning home Juli spoke to the company about our troubles as first time cruisers with this line and we were given significant credit to try them again. Hats Off to Juli Conn!

We booked an 8 night Celebrity cruise with Juli’s help and she made everything so easy. We even ended up getting a credit which we used for our Stingray Swimming adventure. We felt extremely secure in all our our plans booked with Juli and didn’t experience any issues.
