Monica was wonderful. She booked our 14 day trip to Italy and did a great job with air, accommodations and most of all.. all of my changes. She was patient, thorough, offered great suggestions and extremely responsive.

We cannot recommend Monica Dickerson enough for planning our family’s very first Walt Disney World experience! From the very beginning, every detail was handled with so much care, organization, and attention that it made the entire trip feel stress-free and magical. She took care of all of our reservations, character dining, Lightning Lane planning, airport transportation, and stroller rental, which alone saved us hours of stress and research. She even managed to get both Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Cinderella’s Royal Table scheduled on the same day — something we know is incredibly difficult to coordinate — and it became one of the most unforgettable days of our daughter’s life. What truly stood out was her dedication even while we were already on our trip. She continued working behind the scenes to help us secure the best possible reservations and Lightning Lanes, making sure we got the most out of every park day. Knowing someone was still actively helping us during the vacation made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. Because of her planning, communication, and support, we were able to focus completely on making memories instead of managing logistics. Every recommendation, reservation, and detail helped make our Disney vacation smooth, magical, and truly special.
