Sloan was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She responded very quickly to any questions that we had. She was very informative. Kept us updated on departure times & everything! You would think that once we took off, her job would be done but she even text us after landing to make sure everything went smoothly & that we had no problems with check in. She mailed us a packet & provided sticky notes on where each paper should go. She was just ALL AROUND amazing & not only did I find a forever travel agent, I found a friend!!!!

Sloan made our families vacation one of the best. She provided options as requested and assisted in making options based on our preferences. Once we chose our destination she went to work- everything was seamless from preferred rooms, parking, to travel to and from the airport. She sent email reminders for deadlines for paperwork as well as checking on us during and after the trip. Just before we left, she provided us all with folders with all the needed paperwork. We had a couple join just before the trip and Sloan went the extra mile to accommodate them with reservations as well as changing their flight to join the group. Sloan will always be the first call for our family when planning any vacation.
