I like to think I’m a planner and I can handle most things myself, until I dropped the ball on booking a hotel large enough for my family for our upcoming park reservations. In comes Elisa, who absolutely saved the day—and our trip! While away at comic-con, it dawned on me that I hadn’t booked our room for Disneyland and with already limited time to book and limited time due to us being on another trip, I emailed Elisa and within (minutes?? Maybe an hour) she had 3 selections for me to choose from and I was amazed to find the one I loved the most, fit our budget perfectly. I don’t know if I’ll ever book anything myself again. Such a pleasure to work with and on such absolute short notice. I highly recommend!!
