Travel leaders did a fantastic job, with a no worry vacation. Amanda had the transfers perfectly planned including the island hop we did. The Hilton Hawaiian Village was amazing with many choices of restaurants, choice of pools, Waikiki Beach or the lagoon with many beach toys to use. Plenty of options to walk to within a short distance and the city bus very close by to anywhere, once you learn the route and bus numbers. Use the app Dabus.. Then the resort, Royal Lahaina was a much smaller. Boutique hotel with on site luau. A green trolley came by daily every half hour you can ride for free to Whalers village to shop or eat at the excellent restaurants there, or to a half dozen other hotels. The resort itself has a coffee shop with scones etc, and ice cream shop and two pools. One restaurant on site with a bar and a pool bar where hand held food can be ordered. The beach is great and whale watching was abundant the month of March. There is a beach walk / boardwalk both ways rom the Royal Lahaina. We loved it here, because of the size, where we were a little overwhelmed by the Hilton Hawaiian Village. There was also a boardwalk on Waikiki beach we used, and lots of beautiful sunsets at both resorts. Will definitely call Amanda again for her services. Could not have had better flight times also! Beautiful area and resort complex! We loved the luau and dolphin experience that are on the property. We were able to see whales. The onsite lagoon had crystal clear water with multiple fish and a sea turtle swimming through. Used the rental car to explore the island to visit Mauna Kea and zipline. We had a great time with 3 generations of family.

Amanda was great at communicating and really listened to our wants before sending booking options. She found us multiple resorts in budget and landed us on the perfect fit for my young kiddos!

Amanda helped us book a Delta Vacation to Riviera Maya in Mexico. We’d been to this resort before and initially had planned to book ourselves. She helped us do some price comparisons and then helped make sure we got the full benefits of our reservation like booking dinner reservations ahead of time and requesting our preference for room location. When there was a glitch with my Amex credit card she even worked with Delta to give us a few extra days to pay our balance after my replacement card arrived. We stayed in a gorgeous renovated castle. The staff were always helpful and smiling. The airport, to car rental, to castle check in was seamless.

We loved that they had filtered water stations throughout the resort and an amazing beach bar with food and drinks that were just steps away from our beach chairs on the stunning Bavaro Beach. From start to finish the trip was amazing! Amanda sent us numerous options and we chose the San Pedro, Belize vacation. Whenever i called her or emailed she answered my questions on the spot. Bananas on the Beach Resort was Amazing. The 2 half day fishing trips were perfect , the guides were so knowledgeable of places to go, the fish hotspots and even showed us a few extra sightseeing places. So quiet and relaxing, the food was delicious everywhere we went. We even did a couple massage on a pier it was the best, most relaxing massage ever just listening to the waves. Amanda was awesome to work with! Helped with any questions we had! We had a group of 6 and one had an emergency and had to leave early and Amanda made sure we had the numbers and helped us get her back home quickly on her day off! My first trip to Jamaica was a blast. The water was beautiful bright Blue. There were plenty of excursions to choose from. Best part is just the adventure ,seeing a new place & making memories.

We had a incredible time. There was so much to do, and we were able to stay close to downtown. I can't think of another trip that would be this cost efficient and this much fun. The biggest reason our trip was successful was our agent Amanda Kostiuk. She stayed after hours for us on more than one occasion, answered questions when we had them, and when our flights got changed she was immediately on it. We had a family wedding in the Dominican and since we had never been there, we asked Amanda to assist, we never had to go to the office, and she helped us right over the phone/ email. Amanda gave us a ton of options to choose from so we could weigh our options on cost, ultimately went with Dreams Royal Beach by Hyatt Inclusive and it was great. We used our Delta SkyMiles to get a discount and booked through Delta vacations and it was a smooth process definitely will be back to both use Amanda and the resort. We also had other family use her and they thought the process was great.

Booking process for our trip was a breeze!

Used a travel agent 30 years ago, and decided we needed help with this special trip , 11 day cruise. Amanda knows her stuff and was always available for questions. She recommended staying a night at port before the cruise, which made it less hectic and not worrisome about being delayed. She advised insurance, which one never knows! She gave info about excursions st each port and had many tips for the ship. Will use her again in a heartbeat!
