Disney, Universal and Beach Vacation Specialist

Amanda did all the work and even helped immensely while we were on the cruise. She was on top of everything from beginning to end. We can't thank her enough for creating this memorable journey for us.

We had the best time!! The airport went very smoothly and our car rental process was wonderful. We were able to get our car at the original quoted price thanks to Amanda! She put us at ease with how attentive she was to our questions or concerns. She was made for her job!

If you’re looking for a travel agent who truly cares about your experience from start to finish, I cannot recommend Amanda Kostiuk highly enough. Time and time again, she has gone above and beyond to make sure our travel dreams not only come to life—but exceed expectations. What sets Amanda apart is her unwavering commitment to her clients. She doesn’t just book trips; she thoughtfully plans every detail with care, insight, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences. No matter the destination, we always feel confident knowing she has everything handled. This year, we ran into an unexpected issue with our car rental—something that could have easily added stress and frustration to our trip. But Amanda stepped in immediately and took care of everything. Her responsiveness, problem-solving, and dedication turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a non-issue. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. Amanda consistently proves that she’s not just a travel agent—she’s an advocate, a planner, and a trusted partner in making memories. We are incredibly grateful for all she does and wouldn’t dream of planning a trip without her. Thank you, Amanda, for always going the extra mile!

Everything was planned perfectly

We booked a trip to Disneyworld with Amanda. She was very helpful! Answered all of our questions, was very attentive and got back to me right away.

I’ve worked with Amanda for our annual girls trip the past two years, and she absolutely knocks it out of the park every time. She handles everything — from flights to transfers — and with four of us coming from different areas, that’s no small task. She makes the entire process seamless and is such a breeze to work with. This year we had a small hiccup with one of our shuttle transfers, but I was able to quickly reach out to Amanda by email and she helped get it handled right away without any issues. Having someone that responsive while traveling makes such a difference. Highly recommend working with her if you’re planning a trip!

Travel leaders did a fantastic job, with a no worry vacation. Amanda had the transfers perfectly planned including the island hop we did. The Hilton Hawaiian Village was amazing with many choices of restaurants, choice of pools, Waikiki Beach or the lagoon with many beach toys to use. Plenty of options to walk to within a short distance and the city bus very close by to anywhere, once you learn the route and bus numbers. Use the app Dabus.. Then the resort, Royal Lahaina was a much smaller. Boutique hotel with on site luau. A green trolley came by daily every half hour you can ride for free to Whalers village to shop or eat at the excellent restaurants there, or to a half dozen other hotels. The resort itself has a coffee shop with scones etc, and ice cream shop and two pools. One restaurant on site with a bar and a pool bar where hand held food can be ordered. The beach is great and whale watching was abundant the month of March. There is a beach walk / boardwalk both ways rom the Royal Lahaina. We loved it here, because of the size, where we were a little overwhelmed by the Hilton Hawaiian Village. There was also a boardwalk on Waikiki beach we used, and lots of beautiful sunsets at both resorts. Will definitely call Amanda again for her services. Could not have had better flight times also! Thanks so much Amanda!

Amanda could not have been easier to work with. We saw the Deal of the Day posted on your Facebook page and jumped on it. Amanda provided everything needed and made sure we knew where to go and when. It was refreshing to not need to worry about anything!

Beautiful area and resort complex! We loved the luau and dolphin experience that are on the property. We were able to see whales. The onsite lagoon had crystal clear water with multiple fish and a sea turtle swimming through. Used the rental car to explore the island to visit Mauna Kea and zipline. We had a great time with 3 generations of family.

Amanda was great at communicating and really listened to our wants before sending booking options. She found us multiple resorts in budget and landed us on the perfect fit for my young kiddos!

Happy from start to finish!

We had the best time on our trip and everything was so easy because Amanda was able to help us every step of the way! She sent over multiple quotes for resorts so we could compare and decide and we were able to do all of the booking over the phone and email which was wonderful!

Beautiful resort, everything was handled and we really enjoyed the entire experience! We will use Amanda again for sure! Makes traveling so stress free when it comes to organizing the trip!

We decided on a family trip. Amanda helped me narrow down our choices landing on the Dominican Republic. She took into account my budget, wants and things I didn't like. We chose, Dreams Royal Beach in PuntaCana. It ended up being a very nice place!! Amanda had everything all figured out for us. Paperwork, directions I felt well prepared for it trip!! I would 100% recommend Amanda!!

Amanda helped us book a Delta Vacation to Riviera Maya in Mexico. We’d been to this resort before and initially had planned to book ourselves. She helped us do some price comparisons and then helped make sure we got the full benefits of our reservation like booking dinner reservations ahead of time and requesting our preference for room location. When there was a glitch with my Amex credit card she even worked with Delta to give us a few extra days to pay our balance after my replacement card arrived. This delay allowed us to earn all our eligible SkyMile points from this trip. Thank you Amanda for helping us plan a memorable and beautiful vacation!

Amanda, you were a great travel leader agent for us! You went above and beyond to help us make this trip possible and fun! You were there when we needed you and you even stayed late to meet with us a few times and always responded to my emails in a quick manner! So appreciative of you and helping us plan this trip! It was one we will never forget! I will recommend you to anyone I know planning a trip ! Thank you again for everything!

We stayed in a gorgeous renovated castle. The staff were always helpful and smiling. The airport, to car rental, to castle check in was seamless.

this was a first girls trip of this magnitude. Excitement from planning for a few months, as a group of 11. Then Tom added at the end, making a fun addition as a travel partner to us 11 women. We had a blast, everything went as planned. The suggestions and itinerary from Cosmos / Globus tours Amanda gave us were spot on! Thank you Amanda and Travel Leaders! Definitely will use your service again!??

Amanda made our trip very easy to plan, kept us updated on everything. Thanks Amanda!

This was my first bus trip. Amanda was very through and communicated with me about all the issues and answered my questions in a timely matter. The trip went very smoothly because we knew what to expect. We had all our paperwork and information. She was available all through the process. I knew I could contact her and get my questions answered any time. I will use her again.

Surprised my wife for her 70th birthday with a trip to see the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere in Las Vegas. Amanda Kostiuk arranged the flights, the hotel and the Sphere. It was truly an outstanding trip …..we couldn’t have asked for a better travel leader than Amanda. Outstanding Vacation! Thank you!!! ??

This vacation was once in a lifetime. It was a wonderful experience that made my son’s dream of going to Alaska come true. Amanda made it hassle free and took the stress away.

Without Amanda we would of stumbled through it, thanks so much for your wonderful service with it all.

Working with Amanda is a great way to collaborate what type of adventure you intend to take. As travel ideas emerge, Amanda effortlessly has ideas and solutions to accommodate any budget or adventure style.

Amanda was excellent in assigning with planning a girls trip. She was quick to respond. She suggested several resorts and we picked the Iberostar Selections in Punta Cana. This was a great resort with a very reasonable price. We loved that they had filtered water stations throughout the resort and an amazing beach bar with food and drinks that were just steps away from our beach chairs on the stunning Bavaro Beach. Would highly recommend!!

This was my second trip to Riu Palace Pacifico with the help of travel agent Amanda Kostiuk. I'm not sure if it could get much better than this experience. Thanks to Amanda, all details were flawless and smooth throughout our entire stay. Will gladly book with her again.

Wonderful!!!

This was an amazing vacation. We appreciate knowing everything was taken care of before hand. We will definitely be using your agency for any future vacations and be recommending!! Thank you !!

Amazing experience throughout the entire process and trip! Not one hiccup!

From start to finish the trip was amazing! Amanda sent us numerous options and we chose the San Pedro, Belize vacation. Whenever i called her or emailed she answered my questions on the spot. Bananas on the Beach Resort was Amazing. The 2 half day fishing trips were perfect , the guides were so knowledgeable of places to go, the fish hotspots and even showed us a few extra sightseeing places. So quiet and relaxing, the food was delicious everywhere we went. We even did a couple massage on a pier it was the best, most relaxing massage ever just listening to the waves. Thanks again Amanda for helping with our best trip yet! Plan to go back next year!!

Amanda was awesome to work with! Helped with any questions we had! We had a group of 6 and one had an emergency and had to leave early and Amanda made sure we had the numbers and helped us get her back home quickly on her day off! Amanda had all of our travel documents ready and questioner info that we had to fill out that made it seamless! We had 6 ladies and sometimes that is hard to deal with-Amanda did amazing! All 6 loved working with her! Payment plan is awesome too!

My first trip to Jamaica was a blast. The water was beautiful bright Blue. There were plenty of excursions to choose from. Best part is just the adventure ,seeing a new place & making memories.

This girls trip was great!! Amanda was amazing to deal with both before the trip and during. There was a person on the trip that had a family emergency and ended up leaving early and Amanda was able to give us direction on how to proceed with that even on her day off! I can’t wait to work with Amanda again on our next trip!

I want to thank Amanda with Travel Leaders for making our Disney World trip so smooth with all of her help and expertise. Amanda took such good care of us from the first time we met her to discuss our Dream vacation to Disney World. Amanda listened intently to our desires, needs and wants for this trip with our family of 11, which is a big task in itself. She was able to quickly and efficiently give us a few options. We loved that she wasn't pushy and let us have some time to decide on what would work best for us. With her well rounded expertise of the Disney parks she was able to easily guide us and give some good advice and pointers for our trip at the parks. Amanda was very patient and kind with us. It can be a bit challenging trying to appease a large group like ours. Amanda also checked in with us regarding flight time changes to make sure we were aware etc. She made sure to let us know she was available if we had any questions. I would definitely "Call Amanda" to book another fa

Amanda was great with all the help or work she put into finding our vacation. Any questions I had, she would respond very quick. Amanda was very helpful. For myself I should have done research on everything that was included ??. This vacation was the best I've been on so far.

We had a incredible time. There was so much to do, and we were able to stay close to downtown. I can't think of another trip that would be this cost efficient and this much fun. The biggest reason our trip was successful was our agent Amanda Kostiuk. She stayed after hours for us on more than one occasion, answered questions when we had them, and when our flights got changed she was immediately on it. She was in our corner and fought to make sure we had an amazing experience despite a few road bumps. I would will work with her in the future without question.

It’s been many years since I’ve flown and even longer since it’s been internationally! Amanda took care of it all!!!! Provided the links for passports and e-tickets to answering any and ALL questions! Even when I’m sure I asked multiple times the same question haha! She did a fantastic job from start to finish and I cannot wait to book another trip through her! Thank you, Amanda for making this trip completely stress free! We are so grateful for your knowledge!

We had a family wedding in the Dominican and since we had never been there, we asked Amanda to assist, we never had to go to the office, and she helped us right over the phone/ email. Amanda gave us a ton of options to choose from so we could weigh our options on cost, ultimately went with Dreams Royal Beach by Hyatt Inclusive and it was great. We used our Delta SkyMiles to get a discount and booked through Delta vacations and it was a smooth process definitely will be back to both use Amanda and the resort. We also had other family use her and they thought the process was great.

Amanda was great in helping us plan our trip . She took into consideration all requests we asked for. She gave us options to choose from and kept us informed of any changes along the way. She wanted the best for us and we could tell by how hard she worked finding us just what we wanted.

Booking process for our trip was a breeze!

Used a travel agent 30 years ago, and decided we needed help with this special trip , 11 day cruise. Amanda knows her stuff and was always available for questions. She recommended staying a night at port before the cruise, which made it less hectic and not worrisome about being delayed. She advised insurance, which one never knows! She gave info about excursions st each port and had many tips for the ship. Will use her again in a heartbeat!

Amazing experience. I will never attempt to book a vacation myself again. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her responses were prompt When there was questions. She made sure that absolutely everything was taken care of for a smooth and enjoyable, stress-free vacation.

Amanda did an excellent job! She had great ideas and was very helpful and friendly!

Amanda had the best prices and was so kind and friendly! She also worked above and beyond to get us the most out of our trip!

Amanda was very professional and was such an amazing help to us as we were planning our trip. She also went above and beyond for us when we got stranded in Vancouver and she was an angel in disguise helping us reschedule our flights and was so amazing to help us with our insurance reimbursement! Amanda was amazing to work with. Was able to accommodate many last second changes to work with my schedule

She helped us from the very beginning with all the questions I had. This was our first cruise so had lots of questions

Very friendly and easy to work with

Amanda was great. She was readily available, communicated back and forth with me quickly, and helped guice our decisions for our first international travel. She admitted she had never been to the place we were traveling but knew someone who has and could get any questions we had answered. Our trip went off without any issues. We plan to use Amanda for future trips.

I was grateful to Amanda how quickly she got back to us about some questions we had the day of our trip. She took care of all of the other details as well promptly and answered all of the questions we had.
