Melina has been working diligently with me for several weeks attempting to add HAL Stock Perks to an outstanding invoice. She made several calls and inquiries with Holland America. She continued to receive confusing messages from Holland, however, Melina was not deterred and I received the updated invoice this morning with Stock Perks dollars added. As many of us have experienced booking early, Cruise line may charter and cancel your cruise. Melina understood the extra cost and helped us work a win-win compromise with the cruise line. It took time communicating with different folks but in the end, all worked out. I would recommend this travel agency and Melina Diaz. In past sailing with another agencies, the agent would not even offer to communicate with the cruise lines. Thanks Melina
