We had the sad experience of canceling a cruise and working with the talented Edna made the pain so much easier. There were many, many emails going back and forth as Edna quickly worked with Celebrity to send our medical information for confirmation. We had full confidence as Edna kept us informed during this difficult process. she was very professional and answered all our questions with ease. I highly recommend working with Edna.
