Cancellation of trip

Due to medical issues, we were forced to cancel an upcoming cruise. David worked expertly with Holland America to cancel our trip and have our deposit refunded. His email to us was precise and easily understandable. He listed exactly what he was doing, when we should hear from HAL, what would happen after the cancellation. There were no questions to ask. We’ve worked with David in the past and are always delighted to see his name on the email.
We have never had any issues with your customer service representatives-that’s why CruCon will always be our only option for booking cruises.

Due to my regular agent's absence, David was the one that assisted me with switching a booking to a different cruise. David's initial email was very thorough providing all the necessary details a customer should know. He asked all the right questions in order to book everything correctly and answered all of my questions in a friendly and timely manner. His communication was very professional -- even a simple greeting at the beginning of each email is something that means a lot to me! Within matter of a couple of hours, I had a new confirmation! I book cruise with Crucon for almost 20 years. Often have experinece with your company other agent having very heavy accent, which I can hardly understand what they say.
