Very professiinal

We have been working with Alejandro Castiglioni for years now. He is AWESOME!!!! Alejandro is extremely professional and his customer service is outstanding. No matter what type of cruises we book with him Alejandro goes out of his way to make sure we get the best value, cabins and benefits.

We have used Cru Con, now The Vaction Club for years. Our last vacation (2/26) was the smoothest booking of all our cruises. I was lucky enough to end up with Alejandro! We were booking 3 cabins. Alejandro made it easy to coordinate our rooms and manage 3 different people & all the requests & questions. Any time I placed a call he got back to me within a few hours at the most. He made booking a trip easy. I just booked another cruise with Alejandro. He is diligent in finding the best price and perks. He has certainly made planning trips much easier & less stressful!

Alejandro always listens to our wants and meets and takes care of us immediate. He always is pleasant to deal with and never hesitates to answer any questions we might have.

Alejandro, is very professional. He is very prompt and returns my emails and phone calls right away. I have used him for a few cruise bookings as well, as recommended him to my friend who also used him for her bookings.
