Alejandro has been our TA for a couple of years now. He is excellent! He knows our preferences in cruising and always books our trips with those in mind. His customer service is exceptional! Anytime I reach out to him with a new cruise or a question on an already booked cruise, he returns my email or phone call either the same day or the next day. He is always so friendly and great to talk to even during the big sales when you know he is extremely busy. He never rushes to end your call.
