We have used Cru Con, now The Vaction Club for years. Our last vacation (2/26) was the smoothest booking of all our cruises. I was lucky enough to end up with Alejandro! We were booking 3 cabins. Alejandro made it easy to coordinate our rooms and manage 3 different people & all the requests & questions. Any time I placed a call he got back to me within a few hours at the most. He made booking a trip easy. I just booked another cruise with Alejandro. He is diligent in finding the best price and perks. He has certainly made planning trips much easier & less stressful!
