I have used Alejandra many times and I only have great things to say about her. She is meticulous in planning and offers suggestions when booking even though I have cruised over 70 times and know my stuff. She is super conscientious, hard working and dosen't hesitate to reach out if issues arise. She will even follow through after the cruise is completed. Great stuff and thank you.
