Great family trip!

We had the best time cruising with family on the Celebrity Reflection. Lori helped us book the cruise and even called Celebrity to work through any issues we had. An excellent vacation at Secrets Tide

We have vacationed on many islands in the Caribbean as well as in Mexico. Our best trips have been at Secrets resorts. Secrets Tide was one of the top two resorts we have stayed at. This resort was recommended by our travel agent and we are glad we took her advice. She spent a lot of time listening to what we were looking for, and she did research so that she could provide us with resorts to pick from. The process of booking our trip was seamless as our agent was very attentive and promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend the resort as well as our travel agent.

13year old birthday trip

Working with Lori was a complete pleasure. From the first phone call to the completion of our trip, she was engaged. She made a trip to NYC with my grandson for his 13th birthday an unforgettable experience for both of us. Her attention to detail leaves nothing to guess. After listening to my thoughts, she came up with transportation, hotel, experiences, dinner reservations and stops along the way. We had a packed schedule that ran like clockwork while we were there. She made it all so fun and easy for us, despite the fact that she was dealing with a 13 year old and a 76 year old grammy. I would highly recommend having Lori plan your next trip.
