Dawn was incredible. She handled everything from planning the trip, transportation to and from the airport to the port. It was amazing. If we had any questions she was always available. I will recommend her to all my family and friends.

We were having trouble booking a cruise on the Utopia of the Seas. After calling Dawn all our worries vanished. She went about and beyond to not only get us on the ship, but booked us the days we wanted and the rooms we requested. She checked back with us several times to make sure we knew when we could sign up for shows and other entertainment on the ship. Dawn has done several trips for me and every single one has been absolutely amazing!!! No issues at all. Everything has gone perfectly and she does an amazing job. Dawn was very patient with us as we planned our daughter's first trip to Disney. She answered all of our questions , was quick to respond to our emails and ever provided answers to questions we didn't even know to ask.
