A family member traveling with a musical instrument needed a second seat in the cabin for the instrument. It could not safely be checked as luggage, so it became "cabin baggage" requiring its own airfare. This arrangement, though it may sound simply enough, presented many complexities that Lorraine patiently and persistently resolved. Passenger and instrument were well taken care of and arrived safely.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Lorraine as our travel agent for a trip to Mexico. Lorraine did an amazing job. The trip went smooth from the flights, airport transfers to the resort. Lorraine's continued communication with us and the resort prior to and after the vacation was appreciated and impressive. She went above and beyond. There were a lot of unexpected obstacles and poor outcomes on our trip from the previous time I had arranged a very similar trip, but Lorraine helped us to make the best out of a not great situation and offered suggestions and alternatives when much of what we wanted to as not available. My work schedule is highly busy, but Lorraine did not hesitate to reach out multiple times to ensure we were getting the best service.
