Elise is an amazing travel agent. We have booked several trips through her. She always gone above and beyond her duties! This most recent trip I unfortunatately had to change from a large family cruise to just my husband and I. She spent days getting full family swapped to a smaller room to be more cost effective for us,had changed and in the moment we just couldnt afford that trip in good conscience. She spent more time finding us a shorter and smaller ship for credits and just 2 names to be swapped to. Finally just days before the trip my husband could not go and she spent several hours pleading our case to get it changed tkmo my daughter. I cannot express hwo muxh I appreciated her taking time and time again to make sure we had a great trip!

My first trip she also spent days digging and finding an open dog sled trip for us after everything said booked! She has also booked up great disney family vacays, she always offers great advise fir maneuvering the parks! She is GREAT!
