Melanie is by far, the best person to book with! She leaves no stone unturned and will make sure everything will run smoothly for you. She has planned Walt Disney world trips for us, a Disney cruise and even Disneyland Paris! We always feel in good hands when she is managing our trips!

I took a trip to Disneyworld Orlando with my family. It was a wonderful trip overall although we did run into some significant problems with our Disney app with ongoing issues our trip was saved by Melanie. She was so helpful, answered emails and phone calls nearly immediately -and often repeated herself in the months leading up to our vacation answering questions a second time for me as I had forgotten the answers! She sent us maps and materials, offered her assistance at all times, and was on top of EVERYTHING. She touched base with me often in the months leading up to our vacation making sure we had everything we needed. Right before our trip she provided me with her cell - and THANK GOODNESS. She was ESSENTIAL saving the day with our disney app issues. She rapidly responded while we waited in general queues for rides -and helped us solve the problem. Many folks -including me will only make a trip to Disney every handful of years -and the cost is high -so making sure you get the most of the time you have at the parks is key. I really don't know how we would have felt satisfied w/o Melanie's help! She is a rock star!

If you need a travel agent for your Disney Cruise, Melanie is your girl! Not only did she make the process super easy, but she was able to get us brunch and dinner reservations at Palo, the Princess Gathering, and even gave us an onboard credit just for booking with her. She really knows her stuff when it comes to Disney Cruises, and we felt very prepared by the time we boarded the ship.

Melanie helped us plan our Disney Cruise in Europe and she was wonderful! She helped us understand the process and prepare for the first day. She booked our adult dining and Princess Gathering tickets. And was very helpful in helping us find excursions that would work for our family. Highly recommend if you’re planing a cruise!
