My name is Kassidy and I am passionate about creating magical moments and lifelong memories through exceptional planning, communication, and building valuable relationships. As a Southern California native, I grew up going to Disneyland and even at a young age enjoyed planning and dreaming about trips to destinations like Walt Disney World. I became a travel agent in 2023 after six years of working as a Disney Cast Member, where I worked in four different roles across the Disney Store and Walt Disney World Resort. I started as a Sales Associate at my local Disney Store in California, and in Spring 2019 had the unique opportunity to participate in the Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World Resort. As a Merchandise Hostess in Magic Kingdom Park, I loved making magic and sharing my Disney expertise with guests from around the world to enhance their vacations and provide recommendations across the Resort. After the Program, I returned home and continued my career with the Company as a Lead Sales Associate at the Disney Store from 2019-2022 before returning to Walt Disney World as a Resorts Group Specialist with Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings in 2022. In this exciting role, I assisted 75+ Disney brides with their Resort room blocks and in the process became an expert on not only all 25+ Disney Resorts but also the Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings sales, planning, and operations processes. I currently work for a local hotel as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator where I continue to gain experience in group room blocks and bookings as well as wedding and event planning.

I'm thrilled to contribute these extraordinary experiences and specialize in complimentary concierge planning services for Disney Destinations, destination weddings (including Disney Weddings), honeymoons, bachelorette and girls trips, and all types of group and family trips. I am extremely knowledgeable about Hawaii, having visited Maui, Oahu, and Kauai in the last five years including a week spent at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. I've spent over 50 days each at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort over the last six years, personally experiencing all the magic that I am excited to share with clients. From new lands and attractions to the latest foodie delights and entertainment options, I love learning and chatting about all things Disney! She has also stayed at all three Hotels of the Disneyland Resort and a selection of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels. I currently reside in southern California with her family and three dogs. In her free time, she loves beach days, shopping and dining, sporting events, and reading a great book.
