Julie was amazing and very helpful through the booking, prior to cruising, during cruise and even at the end of our cruise to prepare for next year!

Julie was excellent in helping us plan our first family cruise on the NCL Escape for 7 days! She was extremely helpful and responsive to every email, phone call, and text message I lobbed her way. Her responses were prompt, helpful, and she never seemed annoyed or bothered by my endless questions. She gave us a TON of travel options to review as a family until we found just the right one. She helped us look at flights, packages, room layouts, and more. She found us a great room on the Norwegian Escape that I would not have found by myself. The room comfortably slept all 5 of us in one room with a window! She found great deals and offers that brought the price down, and even updated us when our cruise price went down so that we could enjoy a further savings. She sent a TON of materials to us including lovely travel gifts to help make our trip a breeze. Julie also checked in with us multiple times leading up to our cruise. On the day of our trip, we hit a nasty delay at the airport that could have spelled disaster for our entire vacation. I got ahold of Julie at an unpleasant early hour, and she was there for us, ready to help. She hopped on the phone with NCL while we got the situation sorted out, and helped us navigate that experience. Upon return, she checked in with us to see how the trip went. She was consistently there for us throughout the process, and because of her level of service, we will continue to use her services anytime we plan a family vacation. I am thankful we found Julie, and look forward to working with her for years to come!
