Highly recommend EAFB World Travel Service - excellent everything! My family has complex travel needs and preferences, we often make last-minute travel plans (try not to do this, definitely not ideal), and I'm a hard-core DIY-er so I was very hesitant to use a Travel Agent. I mean, I can look up lodging and activities myself, I don't need a professional doing that stuff for me...right? WRONG! That works for local travel to places I'm familiar with, but I learned the hard way that I was in over my head once I started venturing to places I was totally unfamiliar with. I've been using EAFB ever since! From scouting multiple lodging options with our exact (complicated) criteria AND in my price range, to researching activities and recreation ideas based on our specific interests AND including important info like what needs advanced reservations and grouping things by general location to optimize time, to providing a detailed itinerary with all the info organized into one convenient place - I never knew what I was missing! Our most recent trip was to Hawaii. Two islands, jam-packed fun with all the laid-back relaxing options I wanted, and an experiene of a lifetime. Even if I actually could do all the planning and organization myself, it saves me so much time and effort to let an actual professional handle all that. Thank you, EAFB!

So helpful with planning and overview of choices (so many in Costa Rica). She was on target with the hotels, towns, driving, car rental, etc. Day of travel from US, there were some airline related delays and she communicated to the hotel for us about the late arrival and need for dinner. Would definitely recommend and use again! THANK YOU

This trip was the second trip that Kristina created of us. She provided us with an excellent tour that met all of our needs. She did an excellent job learning about our interests, preferences and limitations. She was able to clearly articulate the pros and cons of the many different tour providers and their itineraries. I was concerned about the conditions that we would encounter in the developing world. All the hotels met a US standard for luxury. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, and the tours were of appropriate length. All the tours provided bottle water and snacks. There was also plenty of time to explore on our own. Kristina can adjust your trip to provide more or less free time. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will use Kristina's services again, hopefully soon!

Kris planned the whole trip to Iceland, I was able to relax and enjoy every moment of my trip worry free. She was flexible and able to accommodate changes as needed. Always courteous and Respectful of my time with quick response. Exceptional customer service. I have made her my go person for all my vacation needs.

Not even sure where to start! My experience from day 1 with Kristina was nothing short of excellence. She curated the perfect package based on my feedback. We had absolutely zero stress from start to finish. She was so responsive and attentive and it was clear she listened to everything I said. She is also sooo personable. Wow!! Where to begin! This was a trip of a lifetime to the Christmas Markets! From the moment our feet hit the ground it was non stop fun! Our lodging exceeded our expectations! The 5 cities we visited were the best markets…along with a little Black Forest stop and a dip in the thermal baths. Kristina’s attention to detail was fabulous. She listened to all of our requests and had several conversations along with a screen share meeting to go over all the lodging choices. She picked places next to the markets and even found us other markets to visit! She made sure we were checked in from the car to the hotels. She texted to make sure everything was going well. This trip was so easy because Kristina planned it down to the smallest of details! I had such a great experience that we entrusted her to plan my daughter’s honeymoon trip to South Africa!
