Gunes helped plan a girls trip to Orlando that included Disney and Universal Studios. She was very knowledgeable especially with Disney and kept me aware of changes in policy related to COVID 19. She also reminded me of any upcoming deadlines and cancelation policies which ensured that I would not lose any money. I ultimately had to cancel, but Gunes was helpful in that as well.

Gunes planned our trip to Disney/Universal. The trip coincided with our daughter’s birthday and Gunes made sure the Disney magic was not spared. My family and I received a generous gifted Disney Cruise. Gunes Hopson was our travel agent. She thought of everything. As a first time Disney Cruiser I had no idea of the must do's on board and at ports. She set up transportation from air port to our nights stay at a local hotel, and transportation to the port morning of. We had a dolphin encounter at Nassau, private family cabana at Castaway Cay, Bippity Boppity Boutique (a princesses make over) for our girls, a royal gathering to meet the princesses and a royal tea party (which came with more souvenirs than my kids could have imagined). We literally didn't have to think about anything. Gunes kept in touch in the weeks leading up to the cruise and sent important information such as online check in, testing requirements, and documents needed. This vacation was one of the best we have ever had! Would 100% recommend Gunes and will be reaching out to her when my family takes another Disney vacation in the future!

The fireworks were simply incredible. Fantasmic was equally if not more impressive, with the pyrotechnics and synchronized water features. I appreciate how tricky many of these reservations were to get and how much Gunes' expertise helped us. We couldn’t have done this without her!

The Riviera resort was perfectly located on the Skyliner, making our trips to two of the parks super-easy. The other two parks were easily accessible via bus transit, which was very convenient and fast. Everyone at the resort was helpful and cheerful, and we felt very much at home. The pool was a great way to unwind.

There wasn’t a single thing I would change about this trip. From the accommodations to the dining and park fun, suffice it to say, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time, thanks to Gunes' recommendation
