Heidi is well traveled, knowledgeable and very thorough. She is sweet and very easy to deal with. All the tours she booked were perfectly fitted into our schedule and most enjoyable. The private transports she booked were timely, professional and easy to deal with. She assisted with booking places to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and helped me get the hotel decorated for this special event. She had us download the CBP MPC app and we flew through customs in less than 5 minutes on Good Friday! She also has a great app that allows you to check and interface with your itinerary. She was always in constant contact with me making sure we were happy, safe and comforta
