The reception Ashley organized for us in the garden on arrival was exceptional. Drinks and appetizers for our group of 17 allowed us to socialize and get to know everyone. The group dinner in the garden the second night was even better. We throughly enjoyed the entire 8 night Sandals stay. Food accommodation's and hospitality was great. All services Ashley provided before and during vacation exceeded expectations. We will definitely use Ashley again in the future

Curacao November 2025

We used Ashley to organize and co-ordinate our group trip to Curacao. Ashley was able to handle some of our more needy guests including Sandals reservations, airlines and special accommodations both at airports and at Sandals. She also took care of securing insurance for several of us.
We traveled from Charlotte to Miami to Curacao and back. Travel was flawless thanks to Ashley prompting us to use the electronic entry forms going and coming back. She also verified our passports, including date restrictions (must be valid beyond 6 months past travel date). Ashley spent countless hours communicating individually with our group on top of the group emails that she used. She did a great job and we would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others.

40th Birthday Trip We Won’t Forget

My friend wanted to go to an all inclusive resort in Mexico for her 40th. We all had looked up places but became quickly overwhelmed… Enter our Fairy Godmother, Ashley! She was able to ask all the right questions to narrow down our options. Once we selected the one we wanted she took care of everything, and I mean everything! I was so nervous about getting from the airport to the resort since I was traveling on a different day from the rest of the group. She gave me a step by step plan on what I would see and who to look for to get me to the driver she had arranged for me. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and checked in on us multiple times through the trip. Because of Ashley we were able to celebrate our friend and laugh together without worry of a single detail. I’m already thinking where I want to take my family on a trip so I can call Ashley! She’s kind, thoughtful and very good at remembering the details!

Our first cruise and it was amazing!

Last summer was our 20th wedding anniversary and we decided we wanted to go to Greece to celebrate. Also, we wanted to go on a cruise since we have never been on one. OMG!! Just to let you know we had a fantastic vacation! You just went far and beyond my expectations!! Not only she found me a good deal, but also gave me a thorough planned stages to the trip.
