Marette did a fantastic job of researching places for us to visit. She listened to what we wanted and provided several options. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She made herself available during our trip and when I had a question, she responded quickly. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She delivered a fantastic vacation. I am always the one doing the planning and implementation.... Not this time! I turned the whole project (six of us traveling) over to Marette who made the experience easy and done right the first time. Mrs Church is an amazing travel agent. She is a God love God fearing Christian, and a very knowledgeable and personable. Person.I had many questions about our trip and she always had a joyful voice when answering the questions and took all the time I needed with her. We absolutely loved the cruise. The room that Marette was able to book us was not only spacious but it was close to an elevator and had the best inside access. This is my second time using Marette for a vacation. We started out in Barcelona, where she got us a beautiful four bedroom condo from there. We went on an 11 day cruise on Holland America. She also provided us with a nice excursion into Croatia. We had numerous ports, delicious food. The ports were fabulous. And anything we need she went over and above to help us. There was four women traveling for my 70th birthday. Looking forward to booking another trip with her to Madrid and then to Portugal. I highly recommend her to plan out any vacation

We were booked on a trip on the MSC Seashore out of Port Canaveral and my wife wanted to upgrade us, as we don't get to leave town that often. Marette was continuously helpful regarding this. She answered multiple questions before the trip and during the trip. She absolutely knocked it out of the park with us. This trip was absolutely unforgettable — a perfect mix of history, culture, and breathtaking scenery across some truly amazing countries. In Italy, I was blown away by the layers of history everywhere — from wandering through ancient ruins to getting lost in the buzz of lively piazzas. France had such a different energy — elegant, relaxed, and full of charm — where I could spend hours just people-watching from a café on a sunny boulevard. Croatia and Montenegro completely stole my heart with their natural beauty. The sparkling Adriatic coastline, peaceful national parks, and Montenegro’s dramatic fjords felt almost unreal. And then there was Barcelona — vibrant, colorful, and full of life, with its one-of-a-kind Catalan spirit and stunning Gaudí architecture (WOW) around every corner. Each place had its own magic, and together they made for a journey I’ll never forget.

Marette was recommended to me to help plan our work trip. She was able to coordinate our group of 10 seamlessly on the MSC Seashore. She even was able to get us free room upgrades. My husband, my son, and I took this trip to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and my 50th birthday, and it was the trip of a lifetime, bursting with joy and memories we’ll treasure forever. In Rome, the Viator tours she arranged were phenomenal. The Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel were breathtaking, and the Colosseum and Roman Forum brought history to life. These experiences set the perfect tone for our journey. The Royal Caribbean cruise through the Greek Isles was pure magic! Sailing from Rome to Santorini, Ephesus, Mykonos, Naples, and back, every stop was a dream. Marette was wonderful. Our ship was dry docked for an extra day. So our cruise started a day later. Marette helped in finding a room for the additional night. She also provided myself and my husband many recommendations for things to do at each and every Port. She knew what ports had trains because I was not a big fan of booking shore excursions off the ship. We like doing sightseeing on our own. Any questions we had she returned our calls and our emails promptly. I have booked another cruise ?? with her for my birthday with 3 other girls that are also using Marette. I reached out to Marrette to help me find the perfect place in the Orlando area. My teenage son was playing in a baseball tournament in the beginning of the week so I thought it would be a great opportunity to have my older son bring his family down and do Disney for my granddaughters 1st time! The choices Marrette found were all adequate but the one we settled on was perfect! A quaint 3/2 in a safe neighborhood with a community pool and playground. Nice sidewalks for morning or afternoon walks! The home was super clean and spacious enough for all to have our own space. I have booked several trips through Marrette for the future and so far the whole experience has been smooth and easy! That is the best combination for me due to a very busy regular life!

I was a bit nervous when my daughter chose Dollywood as a spring break spot. My husband, my 11 year old son and my 15 year old daughter spent a week there. Marette planned our trip and made our lives so easy! Honestly, we travel often and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. There was something for everyone. The resort was top notch. Our family decided to do a cruise for the first time. We were clueless of all the things to think about when deciding a cruise. Marette was an absolute gift and took care of everything!! She asked us what we were looking for and found multiple options for us to choose from. Talk about a weight taken off!! She then researched hotel and flight options to accommodate our plans. Once our hotels and flight choices were selected, she booked them. When we had trouble checking out of a hotel early and wanting a refund, Marette literally spent hours on the phone working with her provider and the hotel to find a resolution.
