The trip went very well. My family and I had such a good time and will remember this trip forever. The vacation was great, we made some amazing memories for sure. I think the only "issue" was not really an issue, but figuring out genie+ was a little confusing at first. I figured it out and we enjoyed using it a few times at the park, but I think maybe this was just user error in me not researching it more before we left. I really appreciate your help in getting this trip planned, I would not have been able to do it on my own!We really had a great time!

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help in planning our Disneyworld vacation! It was so magical for both the kids and the adults! From giving us guidance on what hotel resorts to go to and when to go, as well as the parks, restaurants, and shows, you really helped navigate an incredibly complex vacation and give us the confidence to tackle the details on our own. We had a wonderful vacation! XXXX loved all the rides and XXXXX and I had a great time too. We really enjoyed all four of the parks, and the Polynesian was really nice too. We definitely didn’t take advantage of all of the things a Polynesian had to offer, but there’s always next time. Thank you for all of your help in planning!

Whoowee traveling is fun but tiring! Everything was truly magical! The boys had a blast, I was able to relax, Disney’s lost and found system is incredible (accidentally left shoes at the first hotel and lost a card at one of the parks — all were found and returned), and XXXX surprised us on how well he handled the crowds! DAS worked well because it allowed XXXX to have some decompression time between attractions. Both kids really got into pin trading while there too. It was incredible! For any of your future clients, I highly recommend dole whips at Aloha Isle (probs my favorite). We also were able to do the ‘Ohana dinner which was amazing (soooo much food!) and my favorite was Boma’s breakfast buffet.

Vacay was awesome! Weather could have better but we made the most of it ??The ship was fantastic, so clean, great staff, cruise director was fantastic One of the best things of the ship was our stateroom- roomy, clean, loved the bathroom layout and the balcony We loved the towel art in the room everyday, loved the meals and a surprise birthday song and cake. You did a great job.

We had a great time! With just a couple of minor exceptions, everything was just as we’d hoped. All the dinners were excellent! Great food and superior service. The Polynesian was wonderful too overall. We also managed to navigate around the parks and hotel pretty easily with the Disney App. We didn’t use Genie+ and were ok without it. However, had we wanted to ride some of the more “high-profile” rides, we might have considered buying it. Thank you for your great service! I’ve already recommended you to some friends who are planning a Disney trip in April. And, of course, we’ll use you again on our next trip - whenever that may be!

Hi Susi, we had an awesome vacation. The trip was everything we could have hoped for. We got to do all the activities we wanted and almost every ride we wanted to. The Disney parks were crowded and Genie+ didn't adequately address the lines, but we were expecting crowded Thanksgiving week. I left you a five star review on Google for your amazing service.

I would like to say our vacation was perfect, we had the best time. All of our lunch reservations were a blast. The Halloween MNSSHP was amazing and I appreciate you so much for getting us tickets for that! The Food and Wine Festival was a yummy experience. Every park was full of memories! The photo pass was everything we hoped for, and thank you for being available for all of my many questions. We will never forget this vacation and all the assistance you gave us. Absolutely perfect vacation!

Me and my group of friends decided on going to Disney for the first time ever for our birthdays and it was magical. I have seen tiktok recommend the Vacationeer for planning Disney trips and I was not disappointed. Susi was our travel agent and she was on top of it from the beginning with the consultation and monthly updates. We had 5 ppl (3 adults &2kids) and she found the best resort (caribbean resort) for our budget. Susi was able to get tickets and gave excellent recommendations. we loved our experience and we have been missing disney world ever since we got back!! 10/10 service!!

I’d like to thank you for EVERYTHING you did for us. We had such a great time and you made everything seamless for us. I don’t know how people do this without the help of people like you! Disney was so fun, super NEAT, and VERY TIRING. We woke up super early every day, we’re at the parks allllll day trying to get in everything we could which was well worth the early mornings and fast walking we did! Being XXXX's first time at Disney he was SHOCKED that a place like that existed. It was such a sweet moment to see him experience everything. We wanted to thank you again from the bottom of our heart! Your help and advice has been incredible, and I doubt we would've been able to make the most out of every day if it wasn't for you! We loved every minute of our stay and had so many favorite moments. We both LOVED the Animal Kingdom Lodge hotel - waking up with Giraffe in our 'backyard' every morning was extraordinary. The dinner at Beasts' castle was terrific; he even joined us to say hi several times! Galaxy's Edge made a long dream of mine come through, and building our droid was incredibly fun! All of your recommendations have been great, and really helped us to shape our stay. Universal was amazing too, with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as our peak highlight - and you were right, the frozen Butterbeer was amazing :) We've left reviews both on Facebook and Google, and if there's ever anyone from the Netherlands who needs convicing - or would like to hear how your service has been from locals, please let us know! :) We'd happily recommend you to anyone! Overall we loved it! A lot of the planning was for July 7th, our Anniversary. I think next time we'll want to visit when it's not a peak season time. We did as much as we could but we definitely should stay longerThank you Susi for all your hard work in helping us plan!

Hi Suzi-Everything was great! We will come back to Disney in a couple of years when the little people are a few years older. As far as your services go are a 5 star (out of 5) in our book! Regarding WDW, the Polynesian was great, the parks were fun and the food at every restaurant you helped us with was fantastic. 5 out of 5 stars overall. 1) We ended up getting the premier passes for 3 park days. We are happy we chose the premier passes option. It was expensive but made our trip so much fun especially with two 2-year olds. 2) You were on point about animal kingdom. We got a morning safari which was great, but 1/2 day there was enough. 3) The Polynesian was perfect. We had 3 great rooms in a row. The club level was great. We would definitely stay there again. 4) my husband and I got pixie dusted
