They walked us through the itinerary, explained what to expect at each stop, and even helped us pre-book the right dining experiences ahead of time so we didn’t miss out. With over 21 dining venues, 23 bars, five pools, and non-stop entertainment , there was truly something for everyone in our group. The Ultimate Abyss slide, the immersive Royal Railway dinner experience, and the stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay were all highlights we never would have known to plan for without our agent’s guidance. Meagan was a great benefit in the initial planning for this trip for 8 people as well as helping us make changes during the trip. She provided suggestions on which areas of Italy to visit, then once we decided where to go she provide 3 options for accommodations for each of the cities we picked. She helped us book the places we wanted to go, the tours we wanted to do, made sure all the necessary pre-arrangements were completed, and filled in the "Itineraries" app so we could track everything scheduled. Her recommendation to use Claudio around Florence was fantastic. We had 2 great days with him. Everyone in the family had a super experience based on Meagan's recommendations. She was available every step of the way, took care of any issues that arose and was able to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend her services!
