She was patient with our many questions and the complexities of our itinerary, which included several plans we had arranged on our own. Jennifer and her team with L&S Travel are simply incredible. The itinerary they developed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip to Greece, Croatia and Italy was truly amazing. We began to plan our trip with Jen over a year ago. She met with us and took the time to listen and understand who we are. She then came back to us with a plan that further developed as our conversations continued. Jen considered what we wanted to accomplish and took that information to develop a plan that far surpassed our expectations. She guided us in our decisions that resulted in a plan we were so excited about. Knowing us, she then identified options for how to implement the trip and the three of us ultimately decided that one on-site provider with guardian angels in each country is the perfect option for us. Jen’s plan far surpassed our expectations! We felt special and cared for. The hotels selected by Jen were luxurious and unique with very attentive staff. They were special with character representing their locale. The tours were private and unique. Drivers and guides were and personable. The restaurants recommended were outstanding. Every detail was managed by Jen. And she checked on us during our travels. Because of Jen and her team we were able to enjoy every moment knowing they were managing all the details.
