We found Jordan by chance when we were looking into booking a trip to Sandals. We are SO glad that we trusted her to help us plan our trip ! Jordan made this total experience, start to finish, a total breeze! She was absolutely amazing! When we first connected she gathered a few details and then organized everything for us. She really listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas to make things easier with our kids. She met every expectation and I cannot sing her praises high enough! We were there over my daughter’s birthday and Jordan did the absolute best job making all of her wishes come true! She was so thorough and made our trip effortless and complete perfection! Jordan was the best!! She answered all my questions at any time of the day. She was extremely knowledgeable of everything Disney; dining plans, promos, stroller stuff, food reservations, proximity to things etc!! She had the right answers for everything! I have been on multiple trips to Disney World. It has been one of my favorite places and I’ve tried travel agents over the years and Jordan really stood out to me because of her communication skills. I never have to wait long for a response to any of my questions and even if there’s something that She doesn’t know which isn’t very often she always gets back to me after researching the question herself. I have recommended her to several of my friends, and she has done an awesome job even when I have a larger party to deal with would always recommend her in the future.!!
