We can’t say enough about how easy Jackie at Dream Vacations made our entire travel experience. From helping us choose our destinations to sharing her knowledge about the ship and the ports we would be visiting, Jackie was there every step of the way. We are regular cruisers, so we know that a great travel agent can make a huge difference, and we completely trusted Jackie throughout the entire process. Our most recent cruise on MSC World America was one that really stood out. One of our ports of call was the Dominican Republic, and being able to step off the ship and experience a completely different place and culture was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. One of our most memorable moments was simply taking in the beautiful scenery, enjoying the warm Caribbean weather, and realizing that we were able to step away from everyday life and just enjoy being together. Those are the moments that make cruising so special and create memories that last long after you get home. Jackie’s knowledge of the port and surrounding area made everything so much easier. She even helped us find the perfect place to store our vehicle for the week. It was only about 1.5 miles from the port and offered a shuttle service, which took so much stress out of getting to and from the ship. One of the things we appreciate most about Jackie is that she takes the stress out of traveling. Instead of worrying about all the little details, we were able to relax and enjoy the experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure her clients have a great trip. Having everything organized and knowing we had Jackie helping us along the way made the trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Jackie at Dream Vacations to anyone planning a cruise or vacation. Her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication truly make traveling easier and more enjoyable. We look forward to using her for all of our upcoming vacations!

Working with Jackie is a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and she walks you through every step of the way. It doesn’t matter what day or what time of the day she is always there for any help. This is my third cruise that I booked with her. I will use no other Travel Agent. Jackie also gives you on board credit. She is the best agent.

Every year I go to a photography conference . Each year it is at a different place, as soon as I get the location I contact Jackie and she finds me the best places to stay, the best air fare everything I need. There is no one better.

I had no idea what I was in for with my latest cruise, it was a new ship, my wife worked with Jackie and set everything up. I trusted them both, and they did not disappoint! From the amazing patio on the cruise ship to having our own private island to ourselves over night, it was beautiful! We had a blast, it was 13 of us and it was a trip to remember!

This was mine and my wife's first cruise. Jackie helped us with everything from renewing our passports, to making sure we had the right packages and excursions. I would absolutely recommend Jackie and James, we would have been lost planning this without them.

If you ever want to experience beautiful waterfalls, friendly farmers, ancient castles and distinctive distilleries, here is your trip!

Jackie helped us plan a great trip to Las Vegas to see all the views our focus was the Grand Canyon and Red Rock Canyon. We rented a car and drove Red Rock on our own which was outstanding. Jackie also setup a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon which was a special gift to us as we celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary.

This was the first cruise my husband and I have gone on together. As first time cruisers Jackie held our hand with every step, from picking our drink and special dining packages , to shows, and excursions. We learned so much before we even went on the ship. Can't wait to go away again
