Mary was on top of everything from
Start to finish. She was very speedy with answering and questions or concerns as well. Along with all of help of actually booking my trip, I received updates of additional things offered on the ship that I may be interested that explained everything in great detail. I also received a bunch of tips and tricks. Honestly I didn’t miss anything that Mary hadn’t already communicated with me. With that being said, with Mary’s amazing service, my family was able to take the trip we have always wanted with no obstacles to face.

Mary planned out and out and made reservations for our trip to Disneyland. Even when we would change our mind on some reservations she was there to move them around for us! I would highly recommend her to plan a trip !!!

Thank you so much for everything! From the Disney resort, to MNSSHP, the cruise, and all of the transportation in between, you helped make this the most memorable first (first of likely many more!) Mary hands down saved our cruise. We had a family member run a fever due to heat exhaustion and canceled our cruise. It turned out after seeing a Disney on call doctor we were cleared to travel on a cruise that left the next morning and needed to reinstate our cruise. Mary worked tirelessly all morning with Disney Cruise Lines and helped us navigate a very tricky process to get our cruise reactivated and through all the technical hoops to get on the ship. Mary’s communication was top notch through the whole situation. Her dedication is amazing and our family had an outstanding vacation that would not have happened without her!

Do I recommend Mary Clayton? Absolutely!
