Every single trip Aria planned was well planned, hassle-free and an amazing travel experience. Aria is an excellent Agent. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, detail-oriented, thoughtful, caring and just an all around great person to do business with. She’s trustworthy and business saavy to the point where I don’t have to worry about my trip. She addresses any questions, concerns, and feedback swiftly and is an excellent communicator. I’ve had trips planned by other agents in the past and I do not plan on working with any other agents going forward because the level of care, concern and customer service Aria provides is incomparable. I cannot recommend my travel agent enough! She goes above and beyond in every possible way and truly treats every trip like it’s her own. No matter how many questions I have or how many details need to be handled, she’s always patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive.
