Spectacular Trip to Alaska
Reviewed By Jill L - Houston TX | Traveled to Alaska | USA
Christi really listened to what we would like our Alaskan land and sea tour to look like. Then presented the options that best met our criteria. She guided us through narrowing down all the possibilities to create our perfect trip: location, accommodations, upgrades, dining, excursions and more. We really needed that since the last cruise we took was in 1990. I was nervous about making the wrong decisions but Christi was always quick to give or find the answers to my questions making me feel more comfortable that our Land and Cruise Tour in Alaska was everything and more than what we were hoping for. We’re so grateful for Christi’s help in making this trip perfect, carefree and enjoyable.

Best food and shows hands down! There were so many great activities to keep us busy, but also many places outside of our stateroom to rest and relax. Getting on and off the ship at ports was a breeze. Our waiters in the main dining room were excellent and really made our cruise memorable! Too much fun to list!

Our Disney Trip
Reviewed By DisneyFan82 - Disney World | Traveled to Orlando | Florida | USA
Christi did such a great job with informing us of everything at the parks. I’d been many times before, but this was the first time going with my boyfriend (who had never been before). We had to figure everything out together, and we realized there was lots we did not know going into our trip. Christi was so helpful with all the information beforehand, but also in the moment. There was one time in particular that we had some technical trouble with our lightning lanes and it was very disappointing. We sent her a message and she quickly advised us on the best route to take. With her help, we got it fixed! That stuck out greatly. At the end of our trip, my boyfriend asked me to tell her that she’s the best travel agent ever! Great experience!

I must say Christi's dedication, attention to detail, response time, and overall knowledge of the parks/resorts were FAR above any Disney planner I've ever worked with. I started to plan a 5th Birthday Trip for my daughter earlier this year. I contacted Christi (I heard of her company on a Disney podcast) and she got right back with me- that day! She helped me book tickets and a resort for my family of 5. She asked lots of questions about our trip, and we let her know about Ava's 5th Birthday and that we wanted to surprise Ava with a trip to the Bippity Boppity Boutique. She walked me through how to make a reservation for that, and I got a reservation! I was so excited.
Fast forward to April 7th, the day we were going to drive from our house in Cocoa Beach to Disney. We got up early to leave, only to realize that we ALL did not feel well. Come to find out, we all had the Norovirus. The thought of calling and rescheduling all of our Disney plans that morning when I was soooo sick and

Amazing 1st Disney Trip w/kids

This is our first time using a travel agent for a Disney World trip. My husband and I wanted to make it special for our daughter's (6 & 4) first time so we decided to go with an agent and I am so glad we did. The communication from Christi was excellent!! She was so quick and responsive and she was so on top of everything we asked for. She went above in beyond in not just answering any questions but offering to book things like transportation to and from the airport and even brought us an incremental hotel deal after we booked. Would absolutely use her again for not just Disney but any other trips the agency specializes in!

Christi took care of everything from beginning to end! She handled reservations for our family of 5 as well as 10 other family members who travelled with us. She frequently checked for discounts and updated our package price to make sure that we got the best rate on our tickets and hotel. Christi told us when flights would be cheapest and booked them for us through Disney. Five of my other family members are from Louisiana and had their flights cancelled because of Tropical Storm Barry. Christi reached out beforehand and informed them of their options in the event that their flights were cancelled. She helped arrange another night’s stay for both families. I am so grateful that we had Christi as our Disney advisor. She took care of and anticipated all of our needs. Definitely will book with Christi again!

Christi was amazing to work with. I booked before the pandemic with Christi and had to cancel. I reschedule last March 2021 from Jan 2022 and Christi was always on top of everything. As parks, restaurants, and resorts opened and restrictions changed she was always communicating with me. She had several long conservations with me to help ease my anxiety about going to Disney and what parks which day and which restaurants. She had recommendations and options, which was fantastic. She helped me gain confidence with Genie+ and become incredibly comfortable with it. She helped me schedule transportation to and from the airport and when I left my jacket in the car she helped get it back to me by getting in contact with them. She checked in before, during, and after our trip. Christi was a dream to work with and I will absolutely use her for our next Disney trip.

She went above and beyond to communicate very clearly and quickly. She worked very hard and even had alerts on her phone when character dinner reservations came open. She is very friendly and efficient. She even sent our daughter a autograph book and Mickey ears for our time there and when we went aboard our cruise there was another gift awaiting in our room. We gave her very few wants and she handled it all. We didn’t have to do very much paperwork either. Another thing Christi had the recommendations for the Disney apps and the rides, tips of the day, it was very easy to navigate based on her super simple instructions.
