I worked with Savannah Edwards through the Vacationeer. I wanted help in planning our first Disney trip for my son's 6th birthday. Savannah was professional and oh so helpful from beginning to the end. Savannah literally went above and beyond, answered every question, planned the trip every step of the way, provided recommendations, etc. I honestly don't regret using this service. My Disney trip was so magical and stress free thanks to Savannah. I am looking to plan our next trip through the Vacationeer.

Savannah planned the most magical Disney vacation for my mother in law’s birthday. Everything was excellent and seamless. The Polynesian was a fabulous resort, and the service was wonderful.

We used Savannah to book our family trip to WDW. She was so helpful and had a ton of knowledge that would have taken me hours to find out! She booked our meals so I didn’t have to wake up at 5 am. All in all one of the best experiences and made what could have been a VERY stressful experience very smooth and easy

Savannah was the best!! She planned our first Disney World trip, and it was as magical as we hoped it would be! Her recommendations for our resort, dining, rides, and general trip were spot on. I’ve never been to Walt Disney World and finally decided to go for it to celebrate my 30th Birthday. I knew from social media that planning the trip would be a daunting task so started to Google travel agents. Finding the Vacationeer and connecting with Savannah was one of the best decisions I have ever made! From our first phone call to the text on the plane during takeoff, she was always on top of her communication with me. She took the time to get to know me and my family's interests and catered several suggestions she thought we would enjoy! She was spot on with her recommendations and she was able to get every reservation I wanted! Savannah was the real ?magic? behind my trip and I will never do another Disney trip without her!

We worked with Savannah to plan our first ever Disney trip as a family! We were very excited however overwhelmed with all of what we had heard goes into making a Disney trip successful and seamless for your family. Savannah was there for us from the moment we first reached out to her. She provided us with several package options and hotel recommendations which fit our needs and atmosphere we were looking for. She helped us to understand the Disney Dining Plan and helped us to use that as the best option for our family for our vacation. She booked our dining reservations for us and was able to get us in at every experience we had wanted! When I ordered Magic Bands and did not directly purchase them through the app- she immediately offered to sync them for me and prior to that, explained all the features and benefits of having these for our trip. We also were very uninformed about the Lightning Lane. She sent us very helpful videos to watch as well as documents for booking recommendation

We have used Savannah for 2 trips to Disney and she’s currently planning another for my daughter. She did a great job of finding out what we were wanting, sending reminders for things like dining reservations, transportation to and from Disney and stroller rentals. We went at two different times of the year, so our second trip I had a few more questions about weather due to it being summer. She gave me a suggested packing list and included things I wouldn’t have thought of like a rain poncho. While down there we had questions about our stroller rental and she gladly helped us get it worked out. I would definitely recommend her to any of our friends and family. Thanks to Savannah, our Disney trip was more magical than we could have ever hoped for. We would have never been able to plan it by ourselves and are so thankful for all of her help along the way. All I had to do was tell her our requests, and she made it happen! I went back and forth on decisions like which parks to do, how long to stay, transportation from airport, etc., up until the month before. She was always on top of things and never once skipped a beat with my indecisiveness and thousand questions! Savannah is 100% the way to go to plan your Disney vacay.

Perfect! That would be how Julie and I would describe our trip. We did everything we wanted to do and more, it was so much fun! I think we were prepared and all your recommendations were spot on. It was truly magical for our girls and we cannot thank you enough for all you did! We were very pleased with away we go ride service and so glad we did the double stroller. Dinner at CRT was amazing and we were able to see the fireworks from our table. This was the girls favorite part of the trip (obviously!) I would definitely recommend you to family and friends that are going. Thank you again!
