Jenna is phenomenal - Her tips, recommendations and expertise were invaluable. She made this trip so special and was able to secure every reservation that I wanted. We planned a trip to Disneyland through Jenna. We knew right off that she was very knowledgeable and was excited to plan a trip for us. We weren't sure about hotels so she shared information that helped us with the decision on where to stay. She explained about the parks transportation and the tickets to the parks. She was very helpful with our dining questions and she called Disney to make our dining reservations. Our trip was problem free and we had the best time! From start to finish, Jenna helped to plan an incredible trip! We highly recommend Jenna.

The most magical trip!

Jenna helped me plan the best trip to Disney! I had many questions along the way and required a little extra hand holding. She was kind to have several conversations on the phone with me and walk me through the process as well as answer questions via email. My family had the best time! We had a room with a view to Magic Kingdom, so we could watch the fireworks every night if we wanted too. When we arrived, there was a birthday message on the tv for my daughter and Jenna even sent treats to my daughter for her birthday! Such a special surprise. We also went to Universal Studios and Jenna was able to secure breakfast with the Grinch. We couldn't get the day we originally planned so she helped me make all of those adjustments to our schedule. I had not been to Disney or Universal Studios in a really long time, and I am truly grateful for Jenna's help! She is amazing!

Jenna is absolutely amazing. She is thoughtful, thorough, and endearing. She always finds us the best deals, lets us know of upcoming events, and things we should know, and is very considerate of her customers. She worked with us during Covid times as well, and also during a part of my life where my father was very ill and things were very shaky for travel. If something came up an emergency, change, you-name-it- she always handled it for us and kept me calm in the storm. It's nice to know that a real human, wonderful person has your back and will help you if the worst should happen. After my dad died, I received the most beautiful picture of Disney art. My dad was a Disney fan too, and Jenna went out of her way to make me feel important and loved by sending me that token. I recommend her to everyone who asks us for recommendations, and will never hesitate to ask for her help in bookings in the future.

We have used Jenna for multiple trips to Disney and each time has been great! Jenna is very knowledgeable about every aspect ofplanning. The only thing we've had to do is get to Orlando. From the moment we've arrived, Jenna has had us taken care of all we need. Transportation, Resort Care, ordering food, reservations, we've just showed up and followed the plan. She has a ton of tips and packets to look through to help make sure that we felt as prepared. Her recommendations of how to tackle Disney have been welcomed and appreciated. We have been truly grateful for Jenna and highly recommend her.

Jenna has planned 3 Disney vacations for our family! When we planned our first Disney trip, we thought it would be our "one and done" trip to Disney World, but we had such an amazing time that we have continued to go back! Each time, Jenna does a phenomenal and seemless job of working out all the details to make our trip magical! She got us all the reservations that we wanted, and she made sure to communicate every step of the way.
