We planned a trip to Disneyland through Jenna. We knew right off that she was very knowledgeable and was excited to plan a trip for us. We weren't sure about hotels so she shared information that helped us with the decision on where to stay. She explained about the parks transportation and the tickets to the parks. She was very helpful with our dining questions and she called Disney to make our dining reservations. Our trip was problem free and we had the best time! From start to finish, Jenna helped to plan an incredible trip! We highly recommend Jenna.

Jenna helped me plan the best trip to Disney! I had many questions along the way and required a little extra hand holding. She was kind to have several conversations on the phone with me and walk me through the process as well as answer questions via email. My family had the best time! We had a room with a view to Magic Kingdom, so we could watch the fireworks every night if we wanted too. When we arrived, there was a birthday message on the tv for my daughter and Jenna even sent treats to my daughter for her birthday! Such a special surprise. We also went to Universal Studios and Jenna was able to secure breakfast with the Grinch. We couldn't get the day we originally planned so she helped me make all of those adjustments to our schedule. I had not been to Disney or Universal Studios in a really long time, and I am truly grateful for Jenna's help! She is amazing!

Jenna is absolutely amazing. She is thoughtful, thorough, and endearing. She always finds us the best deals, lets us know of upcoming events, and things we should know, and is very considerate of her customers. She worked with us during Covid times as well, and also during a part of my life where my father was very ill and things were very shaky for travel. If something came up an emergency, change, you-name-it- she always handled it for us and kept me calm in the storm. It's nice to know that a real human, wonderful person has your back and will help you if the worst should happen. After my dad died, I received the most beautiful picture of Disney art. My dad was a Disney fan too, and Jenna went out of her way to make me feel important and loved by sending me that token. I recommend her to everyone who asks us for recommendations, and will never hesitate to ask for her help in bookings in the future.
