Our Disney vacation was truly wonderful!! This was the second time we have taken my 14 year old step son to Disney World. So this time around we knew a little better exactly what we wanted to do and see. Working with Kaitlyn made the planning of the trip so much easier than in the past. She handled everything about the planning process, including all of our reservations hotel, restaurants and parks. Gave us suggestions on extra activities and helped manage the trip right up until we came home! She worked with us when we made last minute changes to our itinerary and everything worked out perfectly under her direction! The trip was so enjoyable and one that our family will remember forever! Kaitlyn made it so easy for us to plan everything get our reservations done and have a well planned and smooth trip without having to do a lot of our own planning, we will definitely be using Kaitlyn again to help us plan!

Just wanted to give a shoutout and extra special thank you to our wonderful travel agent Katie Gancarz! My suitcase was somehow ruined during our flight and by the time we reached the resort last night my clothes were falling out everywhere?? I text Kaitlyn to ask for advice and in no time she brought me one of her own suitcases to keep! So thankful she saved the day now time to cruise ??

Kaitlyn went above and beyond in every aspect of her planning our trip - including all the changes we made! She also helped arrange transportation last minute and made it happen so we could extend our vacation for a few days. Kaitlyn made our first trip to Universal Orlando so easy and stress free. She took care of booking our room and all of our tickets including HHN and fast passes. She explained how all the different processes work and the easiest ways to get around the resort areas. I would recommend Kaitlyn to anyone planning a theme park vacation!

Amazing! I have an Anoxic Brain Injury and she was so patient with me and help fix mistakes I had made. She worked fantastically with the staff of the places we wanted to go to make sure everything was as it needed to be and made the adjustments when it was not to make it so. I can’t recommend her high enough.

My wife and I were self-proclaimed “never cruisers”. We heard that Kaitlyn was the one to go to for vacation planning so we contacted her. She offered suggestions on the best dining times, the best room for our budget and available adventures at each port.
