Our Disney vacation was truly wonderful!! This was the second time we have taken my 14 year old step son to Disney World. So this time around we knew a little better exactly what we wanted to do and see. Working with Kaitlyn made the planning of the trip so much easier than in the past. She handled everything about the planning process, including all of our reservations hotel, restaurants and parks. Gave us suggestions on extra activities and helped manage the trip right up until we came home! She worked with us when we made last minute changes to our itinerary and everything worked out perfectly under her direction! The trip was so enjoyable and one that our family will remember forever! Kaitlyn made it so easy for us to plan everything get our reservations done and have a well planned and smooth trip without having to do a lot of our own planning, we will definitely be using Kaitlyn again to help us plan!

Our day at coco cay was amazing we got to make our own labels, name our wine and bring our bottles home, it was so cool! I have already given your names to friends. My suitcase was somehow ruined during our flight and by the time we reached the resort last night my clothes were falling out everywhere?? Kaitlyn went above and beyond in every aspect of her planning our trip - including all the changes we made! She also helped arrange transportation last minute and made it happen so we could extend our vacation for a few days. We are doing another trip this fall and plan to make it a yearly tradition for our family- and we certainly won’t ever do it without planning with Kaitlyn!

I reached out to the Vacationeer after trying unsuccessfully to plan our Universal vacation myself. It has been over 15 years that I have been to Disney so I was unaware of many new rides, features, etc. and Kaitlyn made sure I was up to date with everything. Amazing!
I have an Anoxic Brain Injury and she was so patient with me and help fix mistakes I had made. She worked fantastically with the staff of the places we wanted to go to make sure everything was as it needed to be and made the adjustments when it was not to make it so.
