Melissa was a pleasure to work with when booking my families first Disney cruise! She was very detailed with her emails and information provided and gave some great tips and tricks suggestions! She made the whole booking process, from selecting our dinner times, excursions and much more so easy for us. We had a large group of us and she made sure to book us with rooms that were near each other (even adjoining rooms for my family and parents). This was our first family trip to Disney with our two young girls. We were referred to Melissa to help plan our trip. She was amazing from beginning to end! She provided so much helpful information on each of the parks, the different accommodations available and the meal plans. She booked a stroller for us and hotel transportation with ease. Everything was seamless throughout our trip and she was always available to answer questions no matter how big or small. She walked me through a very confusing (for me!) process and the tips she gave were invaluable! All our meal and Boutique reservations were booked by her, including the lightening lane. She kept in touch while we were away with little reminders and necessary problem solving when timing conflicted.
