She organized an incredible journey to Ireland and England for 16 travelers, expertly coordinating arrivals and departures across two different dates for both—something that required careful attention to detail and constant communication. In Ireland, Melissa arranged a fantastic 6-day tour complete with a dedicated guide, thoughtfully planning an itinerary that included multiple activities each day while also coordinating stays at a different hotel every night. We had a marvelous time on Carnival Jubilee! It is an absolutely B-E-A-U-T-iful ship and our travel agent, Melissa, made sure our adventure was one to remember. She did a wonderful job taking care of our booking and keeping us informed of our package and excursion options, always available to answer our questions quickly, and with a smile. 5 star!

Melissa from the beginning to the end of our trip was with me answering questions for us and she booked our air flight , car rental and a great room. She booked our restaurant reservations and tours . If we were having any problems she was immediately there replying to help us through it . We are not experienced travelers and she was with us all the way getting us through and so gracious and kind when I thought surely I must be the worst traveler she’s dealt with . We will highly recommend Melissa and will definitely call her for our next adventure.

I booked a room in Hawaii for my birthday. Melissa helped me book a flight (for some reason I thought I had to make it to LA when she informed me there was a direct flight from Houston), plan my itinerary, and offered suggestions on places to eat and visit. She helped me save money and let me see more by talking me out of the $300 all day tour and instead rent a car for two days for $260 and drive around the island in my own time. That was great. I choose when and were I wanted to go with no real pressure to get on to the next thing. Plus, I wasn't trapped at the hotel for a day. Her recommendation for Fete in Chinatown was great. The beef pot pie and homemade rocky road ice cream on my birthday was just what I needed. I recommend her whole heartily. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions with explanations when I wasn't sure, and shaped the trip into something I that covered what I wanted and ended up enjoying. She works with your ideas and offers suggestions to help get you what you want.
