Booking a trip for 2 grandparents, 6 parents, and 8 children is not an easy task, but Allison helped make it all go smoothly. Portofino was a great place to stay with easy access to Universal Parks with the added benefit of minimal wait times with the Express Pass. She also provided some great recommendations of where to eat at CityWalk and in the parks. Could not have asked for a better experience!

AMAZING!!! I have never used a travel agency of any kind. As someone with some “minor” control issues, trusting someone else with vacation details was a foreign concept, but I WOULD do it again 100 times over again! Allison planned the perfect trip for us. As Disney is super complicated, she held our hands every step of the way. We showed up in Orlando fully prepped and ready to go! I felt like a pro handling Genie+ and reservations right away with Allisons tips- and we fit in all the rides and adventures we wanted to do. She also booked our all our meals- so we didn’t have to worry about that as we were running around. We were also really happy with our resort choice- the Animal Kingdom Lodge- it is very well done, the amenities were wonderful- and we got see giraffes and zebra everyday from our balcony. What a lovely trip to Disney world!
