Ashtin was a SAVIOUR in planning our Disney vacation. She was extremely efficient in booking our needs, providing options when possible and ensuring we had everything for our cruise: transfers, photo packages, on board credit, dining arrangements, hotel stays before and after and EMOTIONAL SUPPORT for the prep leading up to the day. Disney is definitely an experience worth having for the family but it's not easy to plan as a first timer. Ashtin helped ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us. She was so responsive to all my questions and even provided encouragement as I had some last-minute visa and passport issues; she tried her best to help find answers. Our family trip to DisneyWorld was truly magical and we thank you so much again for helping to plan such a phenomenal experience! Almost every detail we planned worked well for us. Our itinerary of parks was well matched the age range of our family, spreading out three visits to the Magic Kingdom over the week with visits to Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios on alternate days. That schedule worked perfectly for the littles as they were mostly interested in meeting lots of traditional Disney characters and getting pics and autographs plus focusing on traditional Disney rides. Special event highlights were the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for our granddaughters and Savi’s Workshop to build a light saber for our grandson! The kids were at a perfect age for those experiences, and we were so glad that we did them. You were correct that the stylists were able to give us some makeup and pixie dust to sprinkle on the littlest princess, so she felt included! Followed by lunch at Cinderella’s castle made the whole day amazing! Everyone is already asking when we are going to go back so I imagine that you will hear from me again. Grandma and grandpa need to recover a bit (physically and financially!), but we will think about another trip in a couple of years. We went on a Disney vacation 2 years ago. Was trying to book a Bibpity Bobpity for our girls and nothing was available. She called and had found one booked it for us. Had a couples trip planned in October and the hurricane came through and we thought it was going to totally ruin our trip.
