Gabby was/is an amazing advocate on our behalf. We had a vacation we had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen situation with our pet. She was able to get us a refund on our deposits when we had passed the window to be able to do so. For a separate trip she orchestrated our dining reservations, double checked what we needed to in order to bring our pet, and just made our experience magical! Working on the back end so we could just show up and have fun! Highly recommend!

Gabby helped us plan a 4 day adult only trip and she also helped us purchase tickets for our first family trip with a toddler and baby. Her communication throughout the planning process was excellent and she was extremely responsive and on schedule with dinner reservations, tickets, etc! Her travel guides were invaluable and taught us so much about genie, lightning lanes, bus schedules, wait times, and more! Her tips for doing Disney with a baby and toddler were so helpful and all of our trips were incredibly smooth thanks to Gabby! Gabby isn’t just great at her job, she’s excellent! You can tell how passionate she is about making sure your vacay is spectacular. I truly believe she gives a vacation she’s planning for me as much effort (if not more) than one she’s planning for her own family. She never ever makes you feel like an inconvenience if you have a question & will prioritize scheduling a call with you if that’s your preferred contact method. Gabby makes sure to alert you before any booking windows open or any other time sensitive tidbits needing to be known that could impact the quality of your vacation. Sometimes she even throws in a little surprise! I’ve worked with other okay agents but NONE like Gabby!

"Help" understates what she did - she booked the rooms and park tickets, booked meals on our first trip, explained how it all worked (MagicBands, and Genie+, and all the things that Disney newbies have no clue about). Universal Orlando Family Christmas!

We have gone to Disney World multiple times. Don't get me wrong. Disney is fun. But this was a first time to Universal and we had an absolute blast! Universal is more thrill and excitement! We never had an issue during the entire stay. I planned out most of it on my own. But I didn't feel comfortable enough. That's when I got in touch with Gabby Trump. She tweaked some things to make the vacation package so much better, and saved us a few extra dollars also. Every time I had questions she responded quickly, and if she was out of the office she made sure I was aware. She even had another co-worker available to respond. She knew what was expected from us, and she surpassed all our expectations. Making our family christmas vacation the best vacation ever!

So thankful I found Gabby to help with so many parts of planning my first Disney cruise trip. It’s always overwhelming traveling with a toddler but Gabby truly strived to make the trip amazing. Orlando Trip 2023

Gabby was amazing with helping choose hotels for our stay in Orlando this past August, being particularly patient with me while I flapped about TripAdvisor reviews (I know, people will loan about ANYTHING) and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time (like other agents have in the past!).
We had an amazing stay in the Drury Plaza Inn and Fairfield Inn and Suites at Flamingo Crossings.
