For other parents out there considering the rite of passage that is taking your kids to Disney World, I can't recommend working with Olivia Stevens enough. Few things in life are free, and nothing at Disney World is free, EXCEPT for help from one of their "vacationeers" like Olivia. Vacationeers are basically travel agents and vacation consultants who help you make the most of your trip, and Olivia has got to be the best of them. Working with her made the whole trip so much more fun for all of us, adults and kids alike. I went as a child but knew next to nothing about how to get a Disney vacation together. Olivia has EVERYTHING dialed, and I mean everything: where to eat and where not to eat, where to stay and where not to stay, what rides and experiences are must-do and which ones are skippable, what park to go to when, and how to minimize time waiting in lines. Disney can be amazing or a total cluster depending on whether you have this expert advice. She was incredibly generous with her time and even available for on-the-spot help in the middle of our trip. She checked in multiple times while we were there offering advice and help and really showing how much she genuinely cared we enjoyed ourselves. The avoidance of lines is of particular note. Despite many popular rides with 1-2 hour lines, we waited more than 15 minutes only a handful of times and the kids got to do basically everything. This happens based on strategic maneuvering around the theme parks and buying "lightning lane" passes..but buying them is a small part of it. The big part is the strategy of what rides to reserve with them and then how to trade them up for the next ones... with her help, we felt like we became pros ourselves on day 1. I heartily recommend working with Olivia!

Olivia planned a group mother-son trip to Disney for me this winter. Honestly, I've never been a huge Disney fan and my expectations were low. I was anticipating overwhelming crowds, endless lines, and lousy food. But it ended up being one of the best and most fun trips of my life—and that is 100% thanks to Olivia's meticulous planning and top-notch recommendations. She arranged everything for us: scheduling, hotel stays (we loved the Polynesian), restaurants (we never had a bad meal), transportation to/from the parks, and ticket purchases. She helped us navigated the complicated GeniePlus and Lightning Lane systems so that we never had to wait in line more than 10 minutes for a ride. Olivia also thoughtfully considered the preferences of our particular group to make sure that the rides and restaurants met each person's needs and desires. The trip was seamless and stress-free from start to finish, and as a result we were able to spend more time simply enjoying ourselves!

Olivia helped make our first trip to Disney World FANTASTIC! Olivia is absolutely amazing. She created the perfect package for us considering our family needs, gave us so much information and time preparing before hand and was available during our trip for quick texts and questions. I had never been to Disney as a kid, but was elected the main family planner/contact and I was totally ready with Olivia’s help. Olivia planned a magical trip for me and my family. I am ready to go back! Hagrid’s @ Universal Orlando was my favorite ride. My son finally got over his fear of roller coasters on Space Mountain @ Magic Kingdom and loved Guardians of the Galaxy @ Epcot. My 6 YO loved Rise of the Resistance - who knew?! Caribbean Beach Resort was perfect. Honestly, I could go on…. It was exactly what we needed, and my sister and I had as much fun as the kids. This was our family's first time at Walt Disney World and Universal in over 10 years, and much has changed. Olivia the Vacationeer had exceptional knowledge to create the most efficient, enjoyable, and action-packed schedule for our visit. We worked with Olivia for the second time to plan our recent trip to Disney World and it is impossible to express how great a planner she is. From our initial discussions many months ago, where she completely understood the quality and size of room/resort that would work best for our family, to prep calls and helpful hints right before (and during!) our trip...she nailed it all. Her personalized itinerary was perfect and her 'how-to' documents were great. We didn't expect to 'rope drop' but when we decided to at the last minute, all I had to do was open & re-read the files she sent me, and I felt like an expert. There were multiple days where we had a meal reservation planned, and an hour or so before the reservation we felt like we wanted to skip/cancel it in an effort to do more rides...but then an hour later, right when our reservation arrived, we were all desperately in need of a break and a bite...Olivia knew best! Even down to the little details, like when to order groceries to be delivered to our room, and arranging our car transfers (with booster seats!) from/to the airport—and the incredibly important details like booking Lightening Lanes...Olivia helped us to have the most magical trip.
